Q. What does the Meadowlark® 1 Year Warranty cover?
We provide coverage for life against any manufacturer’s defects for:
- Seat covers
In case of an issue in a Meadowlark® product, all you need to do is bring our product straight to us without trying to wind your way through the defect yourself – and we will fix or replace it for you!
Q. How Long Does the Waterproof Warranty last?
The water-resistant warranty for our products lasts for up to a year. However, this does not limit its ability to withstand water for longer than that. Our pro tip for you: Wash the products relatively less and enjoy waterproof coating for longer!
Q. Are there any particularities in the 1 Year Warranty we should be wary of when purchasing from Meadowlark®?
Yes, Meadowlark® will not be liable to pay claims of Lifetime Warranty in case of:
- Normal Depreciation: Color/Material fading and wearing out of the product depends upon product usage and care, and thus is not covered.
- Product Usage Other Than That Specified: Our products are guaranteed for their designated uses only. For example, the hammock of the dog seat cover is to allow seating of another passenger in the backseat, and is not destined to hold constant weight. Thus, it cannot be held liable in case it defaults performing any other function.
The decisions for warranty of products purchased from Meadowlark® remain at the disposition of MEADOWLARK® US LLC.

We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your pet and car. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.
With 'Free Return' service, you get an extra 30 days (on top of the on-time delivery date) to decide if you want to keep or return the item for any reason, as long as they are unused, unwashed and in their original condition – complete with the original packaging, tags, etc. It's easy and fast:
You could return items locally and easily: Get the return code or the return label, Go to the designated logistics company's service point to complete the return and wait for the local warehouse to receive your returned parcel.
Refund will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions for reimbursement. Items will be processed at a local warehouse.
Not all countries on meadowlark-pets.com include the Free Return service. At present, supported countries include the mainland territories of the United States and Canada.
RETURN SHIPMENT FEE
It is free for you to return the parcel to the designated local return address.
Note: You can only enjoy one-time free local return for one order. If you initiate multiple return requests under an order, you can only enjoy the free local return service once, and other return requests can still enjoy local return service but you will have to cover the return shipping costs to the designated local return address. Therefore, please consider returning jointly the products to avoid paying that additional shipping cost.
